Snow-Birds?
These pictures were taken the other day when it was snowing.
I have blogged before about the hummingbird feeder that is just a couple of feet from my kitchen window. It is a frequent stop for a few hardy birds. They will just sit there and watch me take pictures of them, which is often. I just love how these shots show off the beautiful iridescent feathers on their heads.
I just think they are so amazing.
Then one little turn and it's all black.

A New Place For My Old Jeans
I knew there was a reason for keeping my old worn out jeans. And here it is...
I will be listing a few of these necklaces on my Etsy soon. I have two black, one red and one brown. They are really fun to make. I mixed all colors of metal then stuck with a color scheme matching the ribbon bow. I like the jeans to show through but I seem to get more and more beads with each one (It's Addicting). Well off to start a day of photos :)
